Austin Harris is a Jacksonville native with a hardcore passion for fishing, hunting, and he loves the outdoors. Austin has an entrepreneurial mindset and was looking to form a new business venture. With his love for fishing, he began to explore how fishing rods were built. With rods being built with epoxy, this led he and his partner, Sam Davis, to explore the product further. When he discovered Epoxy Floors, he realized this was it! He took several classes and did many floors himself before opening the business. “Garage flooring is something I am very passionate about and absolutely love doing.” Austin dreamed about owning his own business and being able to utilize his educational focus on marketing and applying the learnings to his company. “Being able to give our customers the amazing products we have to offer is our top priority. It feels good knowing our customers will be happy with any and every job we complete” Austin said.

Sam Davis was born and raised here in Jacksonville Florida and grew up with Austin. Sam spent several years working with a very reputable contracting company painting apartments and homes. This is where he discovered his love for painting and making sure every job was perfect and the customer was satisfied. When Sam was not working, he was out fishing with Austin or building fishing rods and R.C planes. Sam learned a lot about epoxy while working and during his free time. The Epoxy flooring business was not new to him after completing several garage floors himself and he knew this is what he wanted to do. “I like working with my hands and being able to transform a garage floor or any other surface, it’s so rewarding and satisfying” Sam said.
